Guest Room Reservation Limit

Hotel policy allows only up to three (3) rooms reserved under one credit card guarantee and same name.

Group Policy

Ten (10) or more rooms booked by the same individual or company are considered a Group and need be booked through our Group Sales Department.

Smoking and Vaping Policy

We strictly enforce a no-smoking or vaping policy throughout all designated hotel guest rooms and indoor public spaces. A cleaning fee of $250.00 will be charged if evidence of smoking or vaping is found in a guest room.

A member of our guest services team will gladly assist with transportation. Please call 727-281-9500.

Cancellation Policy

A reservation must be cancelled at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one night room and tax penalty. If a cancellation is not received and the reservation no-shows, a one night room and tax penalty will also apply. 

Early Departure Fee

If a guest checks out of their room earlier than the originally scheduled departure date it may affect the rate and/or incur an early departure fee. 

Please speak with the Front Desk directly, if you unexpectedly need to shorten a planned length of stay. Front Desk staff can confirm if an Early Departure Fee or rate adjustment applies.
